Jayhind foundry group is one of the the leading manufacture of cast iron graded & S.G iron casting since 1991.We have machine molding facility as well as hand molding casting.Capacity of producing range of casting from 0.500 kg to 100 kg.Producing 1500 MT casting per month.

Our vision is to create benchmark manufacturing company for foundry industry to produce qualitative casting to satisfied customer through continuous improvement, adopt new technology, team work and creative use of human resource.

Our Journey:

Our journey was begain in 1965 by our grandfather in the business of manufacturing of v-belt pulleys and other engineering product on very small scale. In the middle of 80s second generation are join in the business and develop other idea producing casting of pulley so that they are entering in the foundry business, initially they were starting the pit furnace and started producing casting as market demand of casting increase for higher production they are shifting to oil furnace and increase their capacity of production.


As during the late 80s and early 90s due to economic globalization growth of india is increase multifold and same time demand of casting also increase so for higher production they are come with new technology of cupola furnace from their onwards growth of company goings towards upwards till end of decade company have come up with 4 more units of cupola furnace and one of leading manufacture in ahmedabad producing 1000 MT per month.


Still demand of casting increase in various sector as well as technology in foundry sector are changing day by day, so in the 2005 company acquire sick unit of induction furnace and increase its capacity and adding graded casting to which produce various graded casting and enter in the new market to supply the casting and started supply casting to all over india. in the 2009 company have stated its new unit of induction furnace even bigger capacity as change require by industry from commercial casting to graded casting. Company have peak production during 2009-2010 producing highest every production of 1968MT in 1 month.during this period 3rd generation also entering in the business and started innovating their business with latest technology.


Now quality and quantity demand from the customer as our all the production done in manual molding so many good customer want casting in machine molding so company come up with semi automatic machine molding of ARPA 450 line from sarvamangla in 2011-2012. so company again targeting good customer through machine molding and adding new weapon to their business. In 2012 as customer demand casting with machining ready to assemble increase so company started in house machining shop in 2015 before that period company tie up with small vendor through with they supply casting with machining to customer and strengthening their position in the market. Till now company export through merchant export only now company had stated direct export to Italy and stated its presence all over the world.


Company biggest innovation comes in year of 2020 as quantity and quality demand increase so good customer are shiffing their business to automatic foundry to achieve their target so company decide to come up high pressure molding line from JAPAN KOYO molding machine with Savelli sand plant this latest technology available in the market to produce Q & Q casting. flask less molding machine which capacity 150 mold box per hour and 24 MT per hour sand plant.
